Thanks to everyone we raised $8,420.00 towards Movember!
We appreciate all of you, and your help towards a great cause!
Two community oriented pubs The Jolly Coachman (Pitt Meadows), and The John B Pub (Coquitlam) have decided to focus their November fundraising efforts towards supporting Movember.
During November each year, Movember is responsible for the sprouting of moustaches on thousands of men’s faces, in Canada and around the world. With their “Mo’s”, these men raise vital funds and awareness for men’s health, specifically prostate cancer.

Both pubs decided it was a great initiative to support the cause and to make the month long event more exciting for both staff and patrons. The male bartenders from both pubs have decided to enter into a friendly competition to see which group of guys are able to grow the sweetest Mo and raise the most funds. Check in periodically to see their progress.
Aside from the friendly competition that exists, both bars are doing lots of different things throughout the month to commemorate the event. If you wish to check out their progress or participate in some of the activities stop by either one, or both of these great pubs to enjoy food, and drink specials with proceeds from select products going towards the cause.
